The apartment is non-smoking (please smoke outside). If smoking occurs, we will have to deduct the cost of deodorizing the apartment from the security deposit.

Animals are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Netflix is available for free.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the building by avoiding noise after 9pm. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Internet use must comply with the law. We will be required to provide your contact information to the police if requested.

Please use the heating as if it were your own home and do not overheat unnecessarily, for example by leaving windows open or when you are not there.

Upon your departure, we ask that you respect certain rules:

• Do not leave food in the fridge or cupboards.

• Dispose of rubbish in the rubbish room designated for this purpose.

• The dishes will need to be done.

• The apartment is provided clean; please return it in a suitable condition.

• Departure is at 11am at the latest. Any delay will result in a penalty.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund of the night's price, the traveler must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the indicated arrival time (and shown in the confirmation email).

To receive a 50% refund per night, cancellations must be made 7 full days before the arrival time indicated in the listing (and in the confirmation email). Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

If the traveler cancels less than 7 days in advance, or if they decide to leave before the scheduled date, the nights not spent in the accommodation are not refunded.
